Message the right shopper, or stay silent
When someone leaves items in their cart, most shops remind everyone. This engine decides for each person whether a reminder will help, which app to use and when they'll read it. And when to leave them alone.

Every step, in plain words. Click a line for that shopper's story.
It's quiet in here.
Press “Watch it work” and 200 pretend shoppers start browsing within seconds.
None yet. Silence usually starts once shoppers ignore a couple of messages or have just bought.
Every decision, explained
Nothing happens in a black box. Each choice to send, wait or stay silent is recorded with the reason behind it.

How it decides
Four steps, in this order, for every shopper with something left in their cart.
Rules that can never be learned away.
No phone pings between 10 pm and 8 am. No more than one message a day or three a week. A break after two ignored messages. And the moment someone buys, every pending reminder is cancelled.
Sometimes the smartest message is no message
We ran the same 5,000 pretend shoppers through four approaches, from “never remind” to “remind everyone three times”. See what each one costs and earns.
